About us

Bobby’s Choice is an independent pet wellness brand operated from Malaysia. Our probiotic supplements are manufactured in Canada in a cGMP, FDA-registered facility and fulfilled from Canada for customers in Canada and the United States.

Our products are supplements, not medicine

Bobby’s Choice products are wellness supplements for dogs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. Consult your veterinarian before use, especially if your dog has a medical condition or takes medication. For animal use only. Keep out of reach of children.

Orders, pricing & payment

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Our store prices are set in Canadian dollars; other currencies shown on the site are for your convenience, and the currency you are charged in is shown at checkout.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud or a pricing error) — if we do, you receive a full refund.
• Obvious errors in pricing or product information are not binding; we’ll contact you before proceeding if one affects your order.

Pre-orders

Founding-batch purchases are pre-orders made under our Pre-Order Terms, which include an all-or-nothing manufacturing promise, automatic full refunds if the founding goal isn’t reached, and free cancellation any time before your batch is manufactured.

Using the site

The content of this site — text, product formulations, images, and branding — belongs to Bobby’s Choice or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law in your place of residence grants you and that cannot be limited by contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
