Bobby’s Choice (“we”, “us”) operates bobbyschoice.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or buy from us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions any time: hello@bobbyschoice.com.

What we collect

  • Order information — your name, email, shipping address, phone number, and the items you buy, so we can fulfil and support your order.
  • Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
  • Email sign-up details — if you join our list we ask for your email and, optionally, your first name and your dog’s name and size so our emails can be genuinely useful (for example, dosing guidance by dog size).
  • Site usage — standard analytics data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) via Google Analytics, and cookies described below.

Cookies we use

  • Essential — cart and checkout cookies WooCommerce needs to run the store.
  • Preferences — bc_currency, bc_country and bc_confirmed remember your country and currency choice for 30 days.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics 4 cookies help us understand how the site is used. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
  • Advertising — the Meta (Facebook) pixel sets cookies so we can measure whether our ads reach the right people and show them to visitors who have already been here. You can control this in your Facebook ad preferences, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
  • Email — Klaviyo, our email platform, sets cookies to recognise subscribers and measure whether our emails are helpful.

How we use your information

  • To process, ship, and support your orders (including pre-order updates and refunds).
  • To send marketing emails you’ve signed up for — every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
  • To improve the site and our products through aggregate analytics.
  • To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers who make the store work: Stripe (payments), Klaviyo (email), Google Analytics (site analytics), Meta (advertising measurement), our hosting provider, and the carriers and fulfilment partners who deliver your order. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. Your data may be processed in Canada, the United States, Malaysia, or wherever these providers operate.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Email sign-up data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under Canada’s PIPEDA and applicable US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent to marketing. Email hello@bobbyschoice.com and we’ll act on your request promptly.

Children

Our site sells pet wellness products for adults and is not directed at children under 16; we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update it here with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
