Founding Batch — Pre-Order Terms
Bobby’s Choice is crafted in small batches, made to order. We don’t mass-produce and warehouse — we manufacture a batch only once enough dogs are waiting for it. Here’s exactly how the founding pre-order works.
How it works
- Reserve today. You’re charged at checkout (securely via Stripe).
- We craft the batch. Once the founding order goal is reached by August 15, 2026, we manufacture your supplement fresh, made to order.
- It ships. Made-to-order batches ship in October 2026 (approximately a few weeks after the goal is met).
The all-or-nothing promise
If we do not reach the founding order goal by August 15, 2026, every pre-order is refunded in full, automatically, within 5 business days, to your original payment method. There is zero risk to back the first batch.
Cancellations
You may cancel for a full refund any time before your batch is manufactured. If the expected ship date changes, you’ll be notified and may cancel for a full refund.
